For any business to meet user demands, accurately predicting alone doesnt solve the issue. Testing and monitoring the website with respect to different applications from multiple locations and geographies from outside and within the firewall should possibly pinpoint the problem.

Application performance testing on different internet speeds should also be considered when it comes to load testing and performance testing of web applications.

Web load testing will help us understand the performance of applications at peak load times. Ideally, a web site should have the capability to handle many simultaneous requests from the users be it for a large set of data or just multiple requests for small sets of data.

Verification needs to be carried out to check if the bugs are fixed and any new feature added must not create a problem in the software versions being used.
