. People talk to you, but you don't hear what they say, things happen during the day that would normally excite you, but now you're absolutely oblivious to them. You are totally shattered after the break up and you want your ex back.

Before you can even think of tackling the task of trying to get your ex back, you need to relax - you will achieve absolutely nothing in the state that you are in at the moment. People might be giving you some very good advice, and because you are so down and upset, you are hearing nothing that they are telling you.

If it takes a few days for you to calm down, then this is okay, so don't try to rush things along. Once you know that you are more relaxed and more capable of concentrating on what needs to be done then go ahead.

If, after all that time, you are a little happier, but there is still this hankering for your ex, then it is obvious, you DO still love your ex - you want your ex back in your life again.
