Weight loss for women has proven to be a challenge. That's your subconscious mind which holds firmly to all the beliefs you have about food. It's probably telling you that "You'll feel better if you eat that cupcake."The key to changing your munching habit is to change the thoughts in your subconscious mind using a simple process of self hypnosis. When your subconscious mind believes "I only eat when I am hungry", you won't have to try to remember to try out one of your non-eating alternatives. Instead, you'll just check in with your stomach to see if you are hungry. If you are, then you'll choose to eat. If not, then you won't.Weight loss for women can be that simple.
