Cut Calories Wisely - Most people try to cut too many calories too quickly, try to drastically change their eating habits and do not really consider the best long term solution to better eating habits. Well the best solution is to take things slow and cut calories wisely. A great way to determine what calories can be cut is to write down everything you eat for 2-4 days. This should also include drinks as well as many drinks are calorie laden and can add to your weight gain.
