Before I start talking about quick weight loss tips

, let me just briefly express my opinion as a personal trainer for more than 11 years. My experience included training many clients including both women and men, but mostly women.

There is really no such a thing as a silver bullet to weight loss or a magic wand that will make you lose weight the next three days. Phew, now I feel better that I have expressed my opinion about that. OK, lets move on.

The quick weight loss tips I will mention in this article will provide you with a solid base to clean up some of the damaging habits that will enable you to lose weight with relatively less effort. And the more of these weight loss tips you follow, the better results you should get. Here we go

Weight Loss Tips for Fast Results


-Eliminate any sodas, juices, semi-juices, and artificial juices,

-Breakfast food, dont eat ready-to-eat cereal from packaged cereal food boxes,

-Eat oatmeal or other whole grains, and soak them in water overnight, and eat them as cereal or porridge,

-When it comes to eating meats of all kinds, use whole cuts and not processed meats used in the so-called packaged T.V. dinners.

-Combine some type of vegetables and fat with your meal.

-Avoid highly processed vegetable oils.

-Eat whole fruits or frozen fruits. Ditch the canned fruits.

-Dont eat low fat foods. Low fat foods are usually highly processed and have substitute foods, fillers, and flavor enhancing chemicals.

-If you have not done any kind of long walking, like 1 or 2 miles, then start now.

-On the other hand, if you have been walking, then start jogging.

-Make physical activities as important as your nutrition

-Oh, and one more thingAre you getting enough hours of sleep (8-10 hrs)?

There you go, follow those quick weight loss tips, and I promise you it will build you a strong foundation that will take you to the next level.
