What Are Good Qualities In A Man?

If you have been dating for any period of time

, and are fed up with it, you are probabaly wondering what are qualities of a good man? You have probably met some men that seemed to be good for you just to find out otherwise. It can be very discouraging at times. The dating world is filled with people who are not 100% honest about who they are, and sometimes it could take up to 6 months of dating before you realize that he is not for you. Hopefully this will give you a little insight, so that you do not waste too much of your time dating the wrong person. The first thing is, he must be considerate. Does he do what he says he will do? Does he show up on time? If he happens to run late does he call you to let you know, or does he just show up 30 minutes late with no reason? If so, this behavior is unacceptable, and it will probably just get worse. You might want to consider moving on. You should always look for integrity. Is he honest and sincere? Do you feel he is truthful with you ALL the time? Is he honest with himself as well as you? How does he treat you, or better yet, how does he treat himself? Do you respect him for the way he treats others? Integrity is a trait that he must have if you are looking for a lifelong partner. One of the main qualities of a good guy is a guy who is committed to improving himself and growing as an individual. He is always looking for ways that he can better himself. He may not be exactly where you want him to be in life, however, he is work in progress. Besides, who really wants a perfect guy? You also want to make note of his character. It is common to mistake his personality for his character. His personality is how he expresses himself on the outside, his character is what he is on the inside. His character will determine how he treats you. The interior is more important than the exterior. He should always make you feel good about yourself and never put you down. He is the type of guy who will not only treat you well, but will not allow others to mistreat you. You should make note whether or not he has a positive mental attitude. Does he see good in the world or is he doom and gloom? What about his self esteem? How does he feel about himself? Does he take care of himself? Is he emotionally open? Good qualities in a man go much deeper that what is written here. Getting to really know him as a person takes time. If he as some or all of the qualities listed here, be patient and allow the relationship to grow naturally, keeping in mind that the interior is much more important than the exterior.
