What Are The Benifits Of Using Flat Irons With Removable Plates

The emerging popularity of the flat irons with removable plates that helps in changing

the plates and experiment with different hair styles has tempted me to buy such a flat iron. Flat irons with removable plates have replaced the traditional flat irons that had permanent styling plates and therefore could not offer multi task hair style feature. The flat irons with changeable plates have helped me to become creative with my hair style and I try out new styles every time I need them for a special occasion.

A single flat iron is capable of accomplishing different hairstyles like straight hair, curly hair, crimp hair, and for creating waves and bangs. Moreover, when I used them on my hair, I noticed that it offered more perfection and efficiency than the traditional flat irons. But as the time went over, I wondered if such tools could offer a long term successful styling process apart from the opportunity to creativity it offered. With my prolonged use of flat irons with removable plates, I could notice that it started making my hair dry, brittle and damaged. Though it could help in accomplishing the style that I wished to, the frequent use of such hot styling tools were found to make my hair fragile and thinner.

My flat iron with removable plates came with a straightening plate, a crimping plate, a patterned plate and shining plate. But they were found to lose their shine, smoothness and efficiency with time with took more time for hair styling. And the results that I received were also not that good that I used to get before. When I used the crimping plate on my hair, I found that it offered more efficient result that offered by the straightening plates as it was just a press and release method and was not used to pull the hair down like the straightening plates that was the main reason for it to wear out. The shining plate and the patterned plate were even more efficient than other plates and were not made with metal.

So, as far as when I used a flat iron with removable plates, I found that though it was good for experimenting with, they are not that efficient as the traditional flat irons with ceramic and tourmaline heating plates.
