What Are The Health Hazards Caused By Noise Pollution?

, curiosity and my desire to state my curiosity is the single most important thing that keeps me growing and moving forward.

Being a grown up I have always questioned myself and answered it wisely which has helped everyone.

A buddy of mine and I play a little game where she gives me information about a person's health concern and I identify the cause of the concern. Just the other day she told me of a person that lives near a airport who suffers from hypertension.

The cause of the health concern, which is what I'm to identify, must not depend upon habits or circumstances not included in the story.

I examined the clues and believe the root of the problem of the woman's concern is her new location near the airport and the noise generated there. Noise from machines, airplanes, even lighting hum can cause unexpected, negative impacts in a person's life.

The disturbing and the annoying sounds from people, pets and animals is called the Noise Pollution.

Pain in the ear is the effect of 120 decibel sounds and hearing problems can occur if we hear 85 decibels. Disturbed sleep is the result of sounds at 45 decibels which is similar to the fridge's buzzing sound.

Strain, annoyance and absence of mind are caused by the sounds heard from a distance like ringing of a clock, traffic though they remain unheard to a certain extent.

Standard causes of noise include street noise, traffic noise, noise in public transport places, noise in playgrounds and parks, noise in the shopping malls, as well as noise in workplaces.

Loud Noises heard for a short period can cause insomnia, hypertension, confusion and loss of logical thoughts.

Persistent contact with unhealthy environmental noise can cause serious concerns like significant hearing loss, heart conditions, stomach erosion, and even mental breakdown.

Many states in the U.S. view unhealthy environmental noise as a irritation rather than cause for concern while others have crafted laws to prohibit this type of pollutant.

when noise cannot be eliminated it needs to be reduced by using ear plugs or muffs but is vital to lower the harmful effects of it.

Though I cannot visit every office and home to clear away the pollutants I have developed a program for regulating blood pressure, my High Blood Pressure program. Exercises that relieve the stress resulting in elevated blood pressure are all natural and easy to perform.
