depression, panic attacks, anxiety, psychological problems and irritability
tingling sensations in extreme conditions
Pain in eyes, blurring, sensitivity to light, dryness in eyes.
It should be noted that a person suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome may suffer from one of these above written symptoms or multiple symptoms. They could be worse or may get worse with time or come and go like a roller coaster or may get better over time. It is undoubtedly very important to rush to a doctor if you suffer from any of these chronic fatigue symptoms.

Stay away from stimulants and caffeine as it will help in fighting body fatigue in a nice way. Add green leafy veggies and colorful fruits to your diet. Include food items rich in vitamin B 12 and iron in diet.
Take adequate amount of rest and exercise on regular basis. Remember that exercising on daily basis helps in speeding up metabolism to heal and recover from chronic fatigue symptoms.
