Panic attacks never begin with a warning. They strike at any unexpected time. They can occur when you are driving, sleeping, shopping, or even when an important business meeting is at its peak. Panic attacks can last till ten minutes or in other extreme cases, it can last for more than an hour and once it wears off, you feel tired and fatigued like you have been up to something very tough. It is not the time and duration that's important but the understanding of
what causes panic attacks that is important.
Any unhappy event that you may have experienced might make fears reside inside your body. These fears won't normally show themselves. They show themselves during the panic attack. The panic attack itself is triggered by an unhappy and disturbing event. It is triggered when something you don't want happens. When the feeling overcomes you, your fears start showing by themselves and you might avoid being in the particular area. Not only the old fears show themselves, but the new ones make place inside you as well. These new fears are off the situation in which you encountered the attack. Like if you are driving when you had a panic attack, the next time you might avoid driving yourself. You might even stop leaving you r home because you would start thinking that nowhere else is safe.
It isn't hard to guess when you are having a
panic attack. The basic symptoms experienced by an individual during the panic attacks are increased and rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, nausea, hyperventilation, extreme sweating, uncontrolled trembling, so cold that you would feel chills or instead you might experience hot flashes, abdominal cramps, headache, faintness, dizziness, chest pains, difficulty swallowing, tightness in throat as if someone is strangling you, feeling like you would die that very instant, feeling so unreal and dreamy, feeling like you do not exist at all, feeling like losing control of everything and getting improper and disturbing thoughts.
All these add up during a
panic attack and would make it turn in to the worst experience of your life. Whereas there are people who might ignore and let it go unfelt.
