What Company Uses Cdma Cell Phones?

The four major cell phone carriers are continuously trying to get business by providing features and benefits that will appeal to them

. Each carrier uses GSM or CDMA Cell Phones. These carriers, including Verizon Cellular Phones, have different specifics as to what they offer in their plans. However, they do provide some of the same features if you were to compare all of them. Let's look at the comparisons of the four cell phone carriers.

Verizon Cellular Phones- Their basic plan includes CDMA Cell Phones with 450 minutes and a monthly rate of $39.99. The Mobile-to-Mobile feature is included. There are also night and weekend minutes as well. Other features with this network include call waiting, call forwarding, caller ID, SMS messaging, three way calling and voicemail.

Sprint - Their basic plan includes CDMA Cell Phones with 200 minutes for $29.99 a month. Anything over that will cost you $.45 a minute. There is Mobile-to-Mobile coverage with this plan. Other features include caller ID, call waiting, paging, unlimited nights and weekends, voicemail and three way calling.

AT&T - Their basic plan includes GSM Cell Phones with 450 minutes with a rollover plan. The rollover plan refers to any unused daytime minutes that are still available by the time the next cycle comes around. The unused minutes roll over to the next cycle. The monthly rate is $39.99 a month and you have to sign up for a two year contract. Mobile-to-Mobile minutes are included. AT&T provides 5,000 minutes for the night and weekend hours. Other features include call waiting, call forwarding, caller ID, three way calling and voicemail.

T-Mobile - Their basic plan includes GSM Cell Phones with 300 minutes and the monthly rate is $39.99. The Mobile-to-Mobile feature is included. Other features that are included are caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, conference calling, unlimited nights and weekends and voicemail.

Of course, the plan that a consumer gets will depend on their needs. Some people require more minutes, because they talk more; so a plan like that of Verizon Cellular Phones is preferred. Others may need less because they don't talk that much. Some people may need more features; others may not need a lot of features. They would just be satisfied with a cell phone that they can use for communicating.

When consumers are comparing the cell phone carriers, they should decide if they want GSM or CDMA Cell Phones, and then go through each one before they make the final decision on which plan is best for them.
