Bristol is the largest centre of culture, employment and education in the South West and has an estimated population of just under 435,000, making it England's sixth most populous city.

Bristol Parkway is found to the north of the city and the main services are between Cardiff and London. There are also services to Birmingham and the North East, making the city easily accessible from a range of locations across the UK. The city is served by Bristol International Airport and is connected by road to the M4 and M5.
The city's attractions for kids include, Bristol Zoo gardens, which offers over 450 species, Cheddar Caves & Gorge and the Bristol Blue Glass Factory, which demonstrates how the city's most famous export is made.
For those more interested in the city's night life, you will not be disappointed. Cinemas, comedy clubs, bars and nightclubs are all on offer around the city. There are also a number of popular venue for lovers of live music, including St George's Bristol, famed for its outstanding acoustics.
