What services do I get if I join your subscription service? Do I have to make a long-term commitment?

My subscription plans begin with a 3-month commitment--because that is the length of time I believe is necessary to provide proper followup once software has been purchased and implemented. The subscription term can be as long as two years. Subscription services include detailed client interview (to determine feedback needs), preparation of primary and alternative solutions recommendations (with full pricing information), implementation guidance, and quarterly client followup.
