All sellers on eBay have PayPal accounts, thus the payment can be performed promptly. This ensures quick delivery of your product and a fair transaction.

PayPal comes with its own insurance and guarantee, thus giving you peace of mind. If you don't have an account, you must create one. Usually the sellers give you up to seven days to make a payment.

Shipping Your Order

After you have created the account and made payment to the seller's account, the seller will receive an email from eBay that will inform the seller that the payment has been performed. The seller will use the information you entered while registering for PayPal to ship your product.

Normally, the item is shipped to you within three days of receiving the payment; it may vary from seller to seller. You will receive an email from eBay stating the date your item has been shipped to you. If you do not receive such an email after three days of making the payment, go to the item you won and click on "Order Details"; there you will see the exact date of shipping of your order.

Receiving The Order

The shipment may take some time to arrive, depending on the location of the seller. Once you receive the order, immediately check the contents. If you find everything is fine, add some positive feedback to the seller's profile and encourage the seller to do the same for you.

Sometimes the item received is not what was described on eBay, or it is received in a damaged condition. It may have been damaged in shipping. Whatever the reason, inform eBay, as well as the seller, immediately. The recourse will be done through eBay, and you can claim your money back through PayPal.
