What Helped Me Fight Dandruff

It wasn't a nice time for me before I found a good solution to my dandruff problems

. I simply refused to wear dark clothes because the dandruff would show itself to everyone looking. My shoulders and back really started looking like a winter snow landscape, after heavy snowing. But beside that the itching on my scalp just wouldn't stop. It took me a while to control my natural habit of scratching, since scratching the skin would only make the problem worse. I don't know why but I suddenly started developing dandruff in my twenties, and I don't believe I had any dandruff problems before my 19th birthday. I always wondered if hormones are involved. Then I use a mild shampoo to wash my hair, usually twice to remove any traces of dandruff. First with shampoo, and the second time without . This ensures your scalp is clean and almost free of loose skin particles. Take your time to try different shampoos, and don't forget to look for products that help moisturise your scalp skin (such as natural bath oils) - it really helped my situation.
