A partial hospitalization program is highly recommended for people that have already completed a residential inpatient program and need transitional living before reintegrating fully with the community. PHP is also an excellent choice for someone who needs more supervision and structure than what an intensive outpatient program can provide but less than what a residential inpatient program provides.
