A real estate agent or broker in his ads and classifications must ask questions like; why are you selling the property? What is amount you need from this property? What is your range of purchasing a property? Such questions attract the customers that the real estate agent or broker thinks about them. When the seller or buyer approach the real estate agent or broker again the real estate agent should try to find out the basic reason why a customer is selling or purchasing a property and what are his problems. Trying to solve the problems of the customers helps the agent to bring the best deal to the customers which satisfies the customers to their maximum. And in real estate once a client is satisfied he is always satisfied.
It is difficult to solve the problems of every client but one should try to find out the requirements of the clients and view those requirements as the problem of the client. If a real estate agent is able to solve the problems of the clients only then he can become an ethical real estate agent.
