There are different types of restaurant and they are classified in to different categories according to their serving style and food which they offer

. In the start of the restaurant history they the food was typically served by the waiter in which the customer sit on a table and take the food in very sophisticated environment. But with the passage of time there comes some changes in the style of serving food in the restaurant that now Casual fine dining style comes and most popular in the hotel specially in the fast food restaurant where a customer orders the food at the counter and sat on his table to wait for the food when their order is prepared he will take the food by himself from the counter after paying the bill. No waiter is available to take the food from the counter. They are sometime classified in to formal or family style. When we talk about the restaurant the image which is made in our mind is that we say that a sitting place with chair and tables where someone come take the food pay the bill and go away to his way. But now casual fine dining means those takes the food and take away from the outlets. And no proper sitting arrangements are made for the customers.

A casual fine dining restaurant is the restaurant in which moderate rate things such as fast food is available in the casual style. Casual fine dining is the mixture of fine dining and casual dining. The difference between both of them is that casual dining must not always provide you the facility to sit down and take the food in formal style but it will allow you to eat it in sitting you car. But fine dining is real formal style. When the both are combined for example a restaurant where sitting arrangements are made for the customers and a large variety of wine available for them to drink and enjoy it in casual style. A bar lounge is made for them along with the buffet corner. But in fine dining only include the sophisticated style of atmosphere normally the waiter wearing the formal suit or uniform which is a part of their duty. But in casual style the counter man is also become a part of customers enjoyment and include them in enjoyment. And the mixture of both these is casual fine dining.
