The answer is a resounding yes, with tens of thousands of everyday people (not including a lot of big businesses), outsourcing their work overseas and saving a lot of money in the process.

And reason they are doing it, is because it really isn't that difficult. With the introduction of the internet and online outsourcing (or freelance) communities, it is really quite simple to quickly and easily find quality workers at a lot less than you would pay locally.
