Now some details of reversible hammer crusher woking principle:
After entering into the crusher, the materials are attacked by the high speed crusher hammers, and hit to the adjustable dental plate, to be primary crushed, the plate are located in the crusher entrance, and with super wear-resistance. Then the similar size entering into the main crushing cavity , to be secondary crushed. After secondary crushing, the material are attacked by the hammers again, regain kinetic energy, highly hit to impact liner plate( toothed). The material are crushed again and again, between the liner plate, the hammers, the material themselves. Then the fine material are discharged from discharge hole, being the final-products. The final size can be adjusted according to the space, between rotor and the liner plate.
Reversible Hammer Crusher is used for crushing brittle materials with medium hardness, such as: coal, coal gangue, dolomite, limestone, gypsum, wind fossils, shale, bentonite, soft refractory etc; also specially adapt coal of fine crushing work before large coal-fired power plants, refractory plant, pottery factory, aluminium, steel company before furnace of and also suitable for artificially mechanism fine crushing sand work to limestone, dolomite whose compressive strength is below 200 Mpa (Mpa) of raw material.
