What Is The Best Way To Lose Belly Fat?
You have heard the saying before - "Inside every fat person
, is a skinny person trying to get out" - in fact behind every pot-belly, every rolling love handle, and spare tire is a set of 6-pack abs that is just dying to get out. The weight loss industry is a multi-million dollar machine, churning out diets after diets, books, videos, dietary supplements and even food - all to help everyone achieve the ultimate body.
Individuals spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars during every "cycle" they go through - you know the cycle: overweight and sick of it, throw out all the junk food at home, buy new food, follow a strict diet regiment for several weeks, exercise regularly and when you see no results - you binge and go back to old habits.
Don't cower - we have all done that, and continue to do that. If we were not then the industry would not be where it is at today.
The fact is that there is no easy way to lose weight, or target weight loss to particular parts of the body. There is no best way to lose belly fat - you can only exercise to lose belly fat... Yes, I said the "E" word - but wait! It does not have to be the gruelling, sweat shop you think of when you hear the word exercise. You can lose belly fat - in fact you can lose weight by doing as little as 10 minutes per day of exercise.
The idea is to start slow - you need to prepare your body for the changes it will undergo. Start at 10 minutes per day, perhaps on a stationary bicycle or go out for a short brisk walk or if you have access to a treadmill try that for only 10 minutes per day.
As your body gets used to that level of exercise, it will want more and in fact you will mentally start to crave more. The first few weeks might be tough but once you have developed the habit of exercise your day will not feel complete until you have done something.
When it comes to weight loss, slow and steady does win the race.
