In other words, what is the goal of life? Every one of us is running after different intentions to satisfy our wishes and desires and accordingly choose our professions. We setup varied goals to achieve satisfaction to derive pleasure. Engineers, doctors, scientists, bureaucrats, politicians, artistes, and all the people in different occupations are trying hard to exceed in performance to attain a stage of glory, which we generally call success. If we think deeply in the matter, we will appreciate that the meaning of success is happiness that we really aspire for. For instance a scientist works for day and night throughout his life at the cost of many hurdles, like forgetting time limits, oblivion of duties and responsibilities of the family, without any need of entertainment and so on. Finally, when he discovers a formula or a theory, the entire society is befitted. The cost is enormous, which the scientist only pays for the betterment of human life and prosperity. Have we ever thought about the need and intention of the scientist? What is the root cause of his inspiration? He sacrifices so many things in life to gain what? To my mind, it is happiness. The happiness of innovation is supreme and that is the reason, medicines and different methods have been discovered for the good of the human race.

How does a common man obtain happiness? The ordinary man is pressurized by the mundane activities and leads a stressful life due to numerous factors. The competition is the most engaging aspect in the life of a modern man. The world of competition takes out the juice of life and makes the human being a robot. We have to learn the art of living by not being a robot and behave humanly so that we can also experience happiness, which is the truth of life.
