The gym is essential to any muscle-building diet plan for men, and this is the perfect example. When women hit the gym, they're trying to get thinner. They're trying to lose fat. Men are too, but women are only trying to lose fat, which is slow, and hard to measure. When men hit the gym, they are also trying to lose fat, but they are also trying to achieve other things as well. Men are trying to run longer, lift more, and hit harder. A session at the gym is full of small competitions with himself and with others. There's never been a time I've been at the gym when I haven't compared what I'm lifting with what other guys are lifting. Set goals, achieve them, set more goals.

We need to find foods that not only satisfy our need for low calorie proteins, low carb/low sugar and overall healthy stuff, but we also need to find food that we can happily eat. Women are generally happy with a low fat dressing on a fresh salad. Men want a steak and baked potato. We need to find foods that not only make us feel healthy, but also that make us feel manly.
Understanding these two points is important when choosing a diet plan for men because success is linked directly to confidence.
