What Powerful Skills Can I Learn To Plan And Achieve Living Life To Fullest

As the author of The Last Year of Your Life and the founder of The Last Year of Your

Life 52-week Experience, I have written a series of short articles to answer the many questions I get asked about how to live your life to the fullest.

In this article I answer a question that I get asked a lot, and that is, 'How much can I expect to achieve by doing the program?'

Everyone makes a New Years resolution or two. And then promptly forget about them by mid-January! And then they wonder why they don't get a lot out of their year. They give up their New Year's resolution on average, actually more than on average -- 80% of the people give up their New Year's resolutions by the end of January.

So why is this program going to make a difference to you, helping you keeping new year resolutions? It is so much more, our life purpose coaching.


As part of our life coaching programs we use this goal setting technology called CPR. And I advise that you put down 20 to 25 results that you want to achieve with the last year of your life.

So why do I advise people to make 20 results or 25 for their CPRs? Because it has been my experience that people who do this will get between 50 and 85 percent of their results.

We have many powerful examples how using CPR to set goals and having a life purpose coach creates amazing results.

In particular, one woman in this year's program, 2010, has already got all of her results, every single thing, a 100%. Now that's a heck of a year.

So what would it mean to you, if you could achieve 20 to 25 major things for your life in one year's time - wouldn't that be awesome for you?

And thats why I say put down 20 to 25 results. The more results you put down, the more you are going to get.

Just say, you only get 50% of your results, well 50% of 20, that is still ten major things that you have accomplished in a year. That is a huge, huge year for you.

If you put down 20 to 25 results on your list of goals for the year, you will get so much more out of your year.

Go On - Challenge yourself. Write down a list. Hey, what are the 20 things that I want to do this year?

Then go out there and make it happen for yourself, either with The Last Year of Your Life program or creating your own.

Living life to fullest possible is possible if you stop procrastinating. I have been Living The Last Year of Your Life for the past three years now and it has been the most incredible experience in my life.

I know that you'll get a lot out of it too, and I want you to do it because in The Last Year of Your Life, anything is possible.
