It can also be found in alcohol and citrus fruits. All of these foods in many cases can have an adverse effect for those who are migraine sufferers. It is worth keeping in mind that foods can have a varying impact with different people and for some, food might not be trigger at all.
Migraine and Exercise
The link between migraines and exercise has long been debated with many experts making claims that exercise is harmful to those who are susceptible to migraines. Recent research however indicates that a more intelligent approach to exercise can help reduce or prevent migraine attacks. Although in general exercise is a good healthy habit, please be aware that strenuous exercise can and will trigger a migraine attack and also if you dont engage in exercise on a regular basis.
