One of the most common concerns of individuals who have just broken up is what to say to get your ex back

. Words can work for or against you and they can either get your ex back or drive them away forever. This is the reason why it is always wise to know what to say to get your ex back.

You've probably been going crazy trying to figure out what to say and do to win back your ex. I went through the same thing a couple years ago. I was willing to do anything, but the harder I tried the worse things seem to get. You're probably VERY anxious to get back together and afraid if you don't do something fast you're going to lose the one you love forever. But these anxious and fearful emotions will cause you to put too much pressure on your ex, and they will run the other way!

Figuring out what to say to get your girl back may seem like a huge mystery. It's really not all that difficult when you consider what you know about your girlfriend. You have all the tools you need to say the right things to get her back. You just need to find the words.

Since most men prefer actions to words, the need to say anything at all can be troubling. If you find you're having difficulty try putting everything on paper. Whether you pen it all in the form of a letter and let that do your talking for you or use the paper as an outline for rehearsing what needs to be said putting it in writing is an excellent idea.

I fully understand that this can be a very confusing time for you. And right now, you may be thinking that there are magic words you can say to get your ex partner back, but in reality there is a bit more to it than this.

For example, simply saying the right things often isn't enough to get your ex partner to reconsider the relationship and take you back for good. Instead, it has a bit more to do with how you are perceived when you talk to your ex rather than the words you are using when you talk. What I mean by this is that there are several traits that will destroy your chances of getting your ex-partner back, simply by the way you appear if you show them.

If you are perceived as being needy or desperate in the eyes of your ex-partner they will often only feel more distant towards you, which won't help when you're trying to get them back. Instead of wondering what to say to get your ex back, you should be thinking "how can I remind my ex of that great spark between us and how amazing we were as a couple?"

This way, instead of trying to pull your partner back (to which they will most likely feel frustrated and become more distant), you are simply letting your ex-partner come back to you. Now in their minds, it was their decision to come back and reunite you as a couple - not something that was being forced on them by you.
