These higher-end programs will allow you to incorporate visual and audio presentations, share files between participants, track your projects, and use a white board program as you speak. These programs will also be able to handle large numbers of participants very easily considering most calls contain many people from all over.

To save yourself and your company time and money, consider switching to a web conferencing system. You might find that it will boost your productivity and get you a better bottom line.
