You can gradually move to an earlier bedtime, or get into to a consistent schedule to try to go to bed 15 minutes earlier each night for four nights. And set a wake-up time in the morning. Keep getting up at the same time can help you establish a rhythm.

You can find many tips that can help you get a good sleep at night. However, theres also a case that you have had a sound night sleep, but you still feel sleepy at the daytime. There may be other reasons, for example, things that you are doing are too much boring, or you are just relating to hypoglycemia. At this time, what you can do?

You can take a walk. When you feel sleepy, get up from your chair and go for a walk for a few minutes. Get some fresh air outside can keep you from feeling sleepy. Short walks during the course of your work day can help you to be active.
