How do you feel when you hear people claim Livethesource Scam? It's unfortunate that many people are more than eager to call a legitimate company a scam without fully understanding the opportunity or before they know anything about it. I think it's great to have a healthy amount of skepticism but it needs to be balanced with knowledge and understanding on the differences between a pyramid scam and an honest MLM business model. Where does Livethesource lie..? Lets dig in and discover the truth.

September 2009 saw the birth of a new MLM company known as LiveTheSource. This company is based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Most people have apprehensions about Network Marketing companies and think they are frauds which we must keep away from. Unfortunately this is due to the fraudulent practices by a few MLM companies but the label seems to have stuck on for all MLM companies. Let me tell you one little fact. MLM companies are legitimate and they are not some illegal schemes. They are similar to sales organisations which have their commissions structured in a different way, that's all.

Did you know that MLM companies operate worldwide and are not limited to the United States. A quick note on why MLM companies have a stigma attached to them. It's because people have somewhat confused pyramid schemes with MLM companies. They are different and stay away from pyramid schemes.

It's important to know that some of the most well known and successful people in the world participate in and endorse the network marketing model including Donald Trump, Warren Buffet and former US President Bill Clinton. So to call Livethesource a scam based on its structure is not warranted.

Companies like Livethesource choose the network marketing model because they understand the power of word of mouth. It is the fastest and most effective way to penetrate a market place especially when a story needs to be told to help understand the value and benefit of the products being offered. The understanding of how a legitimate MLM company operates satisfies most complaints that I have seen in reference to Livethesource.

Lets work with one more complaint targeting Livethesource. This has been raised by people who have failed in the past. Usually when reps have had many failures and couldn't understand how to make it big in various businesses they start blaming the industry in general. They treat their business as a hobby or as the miracle which will change their lives overnight. In fact this far from the truth. An MLM business is just like any other brick and mortar business and requires a lot of effort and time. While most companies hype themselves and their products, Livethesource hasn't done the same.

Learning skills, becoming a student of the industry and treating your business like a real business are important to achieving success. Sometimes a new associate will join and share their opportunity with 10 friends, get frustrated and quit within their first few weeks. Instead of taking responsibility for failure many people will state and assume that the business model must be broken or it must be a scam. Of course you and I know better. We realize that it takes learning, studying and then massive action to gain the skill and discipline needed for success.

Here are a few challenges every MLM distributor faces, day in and day out. They are frustration, cold calling, lead generation, staying focused. The best way to avoid these pitfalls is to get yourself equipped with a good Marketing system targeting MLM businesses.

A good MLM Marketing system will help you setup a good lead generation system in place. You will be taught how to set up capture pages, what sales funnels are and how to have them in place. You will also learn how to get leads, how to set yourself apart from other distributors.

Face it, failure is a stepping stone to success. The major reason for failure in any business is lack of adequate training. To take your Livethesource business off the ground make sure you invest in your business and yourself. I personally do not see any issues with Livethesource and am confident that with the right training you can be a great success at it.
