What Your Dreams May Mean - According To Huna
To dream is a verb, but it's also a noun.
This life, for some, is simply another dream you wake to.
In "Mastering Your Hidden Self", Serge Kahili King explains that Huna has long held this idea.
This may change any idea you have about what your or my dreams may mean.
Despite apparent drawbacks, this also gives us improved workability.
To open-mindedly accept the concept that all the world is a dream also entails that the laws we made on creating this universe are immutable and held by us and all who inhabit our dreams. Of course, this may turn our world-view upside down.
Oh whats that you say? That doesnt mean we are gods or universe-creators. God still exists, you know.
Now taking this concept that life is only a dream, it makes the world a much less serious place - since we are then only playing in our dream as a game.
How I got there:
Now, in Kings book, he has a whole chapter on dreams interpretations and meanings. And says that this is pretty wide open. One fascinating point he does make is that we dream, apparently, all the time. You just have to sit still for a little while and not particularly try to think of anything, and youll find a day-dream creeping in.
Now while we don't have to go there, this brings up an interesting idea promoted by Burt Goldman in his Quantum Jumping, that we actually live in multiple dimensions at the same time. This is similar to the idea that we are living in multiple dreams simultaneously.
The point you might choose to consider is that if your life is a dream, and it can mean anything you want, then you dont have to worry or fear death any longer. Now, just like any other dream you have, this also means that you will live a better, happier, more prosperous life just to the exact degree you take responsibility for everything you do or act on.
And if you then pile into other ancient concepts, such as There are no limits. Meaning: we are all connected to each other this then gives you a very fascinating viewpoint on how to live your life from here on out.
You may find that this is an easier approach to finding your own purpose in life, or achieving any number of personal goals you may have set recently, or in days past. And knowing your purpose gives a different idea of meaning to your dreams.
Now, it's only your choice form here on out to live your dreams just was you want. And find whatever meanings you may within them.
Owing to this idea that there are not limits, you can now have any amount of solutions or inspirations you could ever need or want. And use all these to solve all manner of problems in your own life, as well as those around you with their particular problems. This then gives you one very good reason to study your own dreams - for inspiration and intuition are priceless.
While some may think this doesn't particularly help you with your dream analysis - it might help you have more fun in finding your own meaning to this dream we call living.
