Happy weekend everyone and to pump everyone up I have a little bit of info to give out that will really test if you are an Alpha leader or what you need to do to become one! BIG MOTIVATION IN TOUGH TIMES OR TIMES WHEN SOMEONE HAS TO STEP AND GUIDE THE WAY!

This quote by Martin Luther King Jr. is the true definition of what a leader really is all about. A leader is one who is a problem solver and finds ways to step out of his or her comfort zone in order to guide all of the followers or the betas into the right direction.

In your own businesses you will need to step out of your comfort zone sometimes in order to get people to join your team and that means teaching pre-alphas to become true alpha leaders. Sometimes people are afraid to spend money in order to make money for example.

A true leader will be able to step out of this comfort zone in order to spend the money in order to become successful and make that money back once the business will grow soon by bringing in those pre-alphas and turning them into full leaders and successful members in your home based MLM business. A true leader will also make sacrifices in order to get their new members into their business and train them to become successful leaders.

A leader is someone that everyone looks up to and makes wise decisions. Since a leader is a person who promotes positivity and how to make choices that empower themselves and others that person should also be a person who attracts people who want to become leaders, pre-alphas, and others who want to make wise decisions in their lives.

When times are tough a leader will not complain or give up, he or she will continue to find a solution for the problems and lead others to help cope and make the best decisions to empower their lives. A leader should also have a positive strategy and be open to revise that strategy when need be in order to reach the best outcome for everyone. A leader also is not afraid to stand up and take control to find a solution in the hardest of times.

During tough times is when the character of a leader really shows how he or she can handle a rough situation and how he or she can make smart decisions and keep the positive attitude up even when problems or conflict are out to bring it down. A leader will also find a way to keep the spirits of others up during difficult times. Most importantly, a leader will never surround themselves or others with negativity and he or she will bring out the strengths in everyone.
