Acne is well-known and spreaded skin disorder triggered by the overproduction of the oil in human skin. This oil is known as sebum. Human skin has small holes (pores) inside that are attached to oil glands beneath the skin and they are linked to the pores via small canals, also named follicles. Sebum than carries dead skin cells through this canals to the surface of the human skin.
Acne occasionally goes much deeper into the skin and so called cysts are developed. The areas of the skin that are most vulnerable to acne are those areas that consist of the largest number of oil glands.
Areas with the highest density of the oil glands are:
the face
the chest
the back
Acne don't heart, but generally is itchy and can be embarrasing when evolves on the face and creates an ugly scars. Even though many people think of acne only as the erupted, reddish form of acne often referenced to as a zit or pimple, acne also includes some non-inflamed kinds, known as comedones.
Acne isn't caused by a harmful diet, inadequate hygiene, or an unchecked sex drive.
The simple fact is that genetics and the body's hormones are behind most sorts of acne.
So you don't have to stop consuming candies or chocolate, either to take a shower 10 times a day. It won't change your acne problems.
Although acne remains mostly a curse of teenage years, about 20% of all cases occur in older people. It ussualy starts off with puberty. People with dry skin mostly have much less obvious signs and symptoms than the one with oily skin.
