The answer is yes. There are injections you can get that dissolve the fat in your chin. There is laser treatments available also. Perhaps the best alternative is diet and exercise. I am talking specific facial exercises that have, in some cases, proved to have a much better result than surgery. In fact, I would recommend trying diet and exercise first and then if they don't work start looking at some of these more invasive and risky techniques.
