What is the Best Cardio for Fat Burn?
Maintaining muscle while loosing fat via cardio has been debated for numerous years now. If you are looking to uncover those abs, many believe that steady state cardio is the way to go. This is said to put your body into a fat burning zone. Arguably, it might even be proposed that by simply burning more calories is the easiest way to burn fat. Some believe that the first theory suggests that muscle loss can occur through high intensity cardio workouts.
