What is the hair loss process and why does it only affect some people? There are people who will age and not suffer from hair loss, while there are others who may become bald by age 30. It's thought that the average is around 100 strands of hair people will lose each day. If you've ever looked at the bottom of the shower while you washing you will see that hair there. Or when you comb it the hair will come out. It's a natural part of life to lose some hair every day. But it's when you see more excessive losses of hair during the day that you should worry. Both are very high stress times and with stress can come hair reduction. It's basically a chemical that is released by the body when you become stressed. Either by seeking a doctor out, or find other ways. Support groups will help for some people. While others will need to find a completely different way to relax. Don't let hair falling out or stress control you. Remember you will have hair loss in general, just watch for those more serious hair loss problems.
