The quantity of graduates are continually increasing, and the stress of applying for jobs are growing consequently. It is natural for graduates to spend an amount of money on the design of themselves, which can make them seem to be more mature and increase their competitiveness. However, these basic items are not as important as the ability of graduates. It is the ability which the interviewers are concerned about. That is to say graduates do not need to wear luxurious dresses, instead, they just need to show their good ability in the not long interview time.

Some experts offered some pieces of advice for this year' graduates to avoid making bad effects on the interviewers:

1. Expensive dresses may not bring graduates good effects of interviews, on the contrary, it may make a bad impression on the interviewers.

2. Generally speaking, graduates should select the dresses according to the descriptions of the positions. For instance, for positions related to banks or government, graduates need to wear formal dresses. For positions related to public relations area, graduates should wear dresses with some fashionable elements to show that they are aware of the fashion.

3. Graduates should not dress unconventionally or unorthodoxly. Instead, they should be clean and well dressed, except for interwiews for the advertisement or entertainment fields.

4. For this year's graduates, it is better for them, to some extent, to be dressed as students. While having interviews with some famous companies, they can wear casual dresses, which are cheaper than the formal dresses.
