9. Cancellation rights

10. Liability waiver - homeowner is exempt from liability for any injuries sustained by contractor while performing work related to the project

11. Site Maintenance Agreement - specify when materials and tools will be stored after hours, as well as expectations for daily site cleanup

12. Lien protection for large remodeling jobs, in case the contractor fails to pay subcontractors or suppliers. This will prevent them from placing a lien on your home.
