Depending on the job type you can wear everything from a plunge bra to a sports bra, for example if you work in a boutique and your outfit has to be stylish you can wear a plunge bra ,because it gives you a nice cleavage, but in a color to match your stylish clothes .

If you work in the sport business like a fitness instructor or a gym supervisor, or if you teach ballet, martial arts or any other sport you must definitely wear a sport bra specially for health reasons. Without a bra during sport activities your breast will sag because your skin can't support the weight.
