It is heartbreaking when you first realize that he does not want you anymore

. But it is not the end of the world. Right now it might seem to you that it is, but you can get you ex boyfriend back and fix your relationship, just as you can fix a car that has had an accident. That is the way you need to look at the breakup. The same way you would if you have been in a car crash. You are hurt and so you will have to take the time to recover. Since your ex boyfriend was in the crash with you, he will need time to recover too.

Once you have both recovered, you can get back together and fix the relationship. It is understandable that you might be pretty angry with him, if your ex caused the relationship breakup, but you cannot be calling him and ranting and raving at him. Or if you were the one to cause the breakup, you cannot be calling him and begging forgiveness.

You both need time to heal and start to miss being together. Since you feel your ex boyfriend does not want you anymore, you are already missing him and want him back. So look at the reasons you are missing him and are desperate to get him back. You feel rejected and cast aside because you think he does not want you anymore. That means that you have to make him feel the same way and he will want you again. But, since he broke up with you that seems impossible.

Actually it can be pretty easy to get him to want you again and more than before. All you have to do is drop out of sight for a while and have no contact with him for a few weeks. Move on with your life as if you had never met him and do the things you used to like to do. Hang out with your friends and family and stop thinking of your ex as much as possible. You need to give him time to experience his life without you. Given the time and space, he will start thinking more about your good points and less about the problem that caused the breakup.

By taking yourself out of his life completely, you will make him think you do not want him anymore. That will cause him to miss you and feel the rejection you are feeling. Having this time away from you will make him appreciate the good times you had together and want them back. Since he now thinks you are unavailable, your ex boyfriend will want you again.
