Annual events like stockholder's meetings, anniversary celebrations, products launchings, etc, often bring together various business partners and affiliates from distant lands in a company's headquarter or convention centers. Outsourcing Executive Cars These days, in the interest of saving on manpower and real estate costs that come with maintaining motor pools, most large companies have outsourced the function of providing executive cars to accredited car rental companies who can support the number of visitors the company has at any given time. Some companies also accept reimbursement if any of their executives rent out a limo for an official function. The solution for their executives often accredit rental firms that have the limousine brand that fit their needs. There is no need to buy when road travel for many executives can be rare as they either work at home or all day in the office. For these executives, a rented executive car makes better business sense.
