Let's face it. Accidents happen, despite your best intentions. However, when an accident occurs through no fault of your own due to the negligence of others, a personal injury lawsuit might be an option you consider.

You could be walking along a restaurant floor and slip on the newly mopped ceramic tile after an employee neglected to put a cautionary sign in the area, alerting patron's to the hazard.

The bottom line is that you are not at fault. But you pay the price, in terms of pain, suffering and lost earnings.
