If you are like me and you have a couple or more punds too much then you probably
already searched everywhere to find a GOOD (and even better) Working Diet that will really help you to lose weight fast and safe.
But most of them are just not bearable and people start to starve themself into losing a couple of pound whish was not even worth it.
You know it is not only important that you lose the weight fast but much more importent is it
that you find a good diet plan that will not do more harm than good. I have a couple of Links below that you can visit if you like. They have some awesome free videos and presentations and a really really great diet to follow that actually worked the best for me.
But in the meantime have a Look at these 5 Tips for diet and weight loss.
1. Dietary control and exercise. It's true what they say all you need to do is watch what you eat,and expend more energy than you consume. It's really that simple. So riding the bike or going for a a walk are very good ideas.
2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
3. Watch for the sugary foods and drinks.
4. Drink two glasses of water before each meal.
Many of us confuse thirst with hunger so try it out
5. Buy a good Diet book or Diet Plan so you can do everything safe.
This is not a lot but certainly very useful if people would stick to this rules.
Excercise and healthy eating are very important. They not have to be hard exercises.
Riding the Bike or going for a walk like mentioned above are very good "exercises".
Just do more by walking or riding the bike. Leave the Car at home if you can.That will help a lot.
Whatever suits you best and brings you fun is a good thing.
