Look at yourself and other human beings. We all have the same features. A trunk, a head, four limbs: two arms and two legs, is the common lot for everybody. Does this not intrigue you in some way? Rendering the usual unusual and the banal strange and then you see what I mean. We have minds to think with, I hope for the majority at least, we have lungs to breathe and hands to grasp, legs to move about.
It would be very difficult, if these do not exist, to move, to eat and drink, to work and make our life as we do usually. A head with two eyes for the focus and depth, two ears to listen well and clear, two breathing nostrils to sense well, a mouth and it is enough to eat, drink and speak. Well, all these are arranged admirably in the human body, the homos sapiens Biped. Then look at the genders, there are two and not twenty, not three, unless for the travesty who has to choose anyway between the two.
All animals and plants are made into two genders. The two genders are enough to produce seven billions of intelligent individuals, allowing for optimism and positivism. Adam and Eve have always been the habitant of this planet.
But the big question that remains unanswered is, where did Adam and Eve come from? Were they created from a first amoeba that happens to exist in the ocean? Or, is it the story of four billions and three hundred millions of years ago where the first carbon molecule was formed? The life evolved and man is the last chain, according to the strong anthropologic universal principle? Or, is it your fathers the apes, according to Darwin, were responsible for your presence now.
Luckily, apes stopped evoluting; otherwise, we would have a planet of chimpanzees coupled with humans their future generation. Was man founded on other planets then moved into planet earth? Or, was man created by God from clay and then God inspired him with His soul and gave him life? Or, did man indeed evolve from earth like worms as did the ancient Greeks believe?
A mystery and a complete enigma! No one individual, a scientist or an ape, can tell, until now, unless you know and you don't want to tell us!
Seriously speaking, no one knows and it is so strange that our presence as humans is taken for granted. No one gives a damn about where we came from, as long as we are here and must make the best of it, as our friends the hedonists and epicureans advise us to do.
Nevertheless, it remains an unknown phenomenon our presence and our origin. Try for yourself and see where did we come from and ask who made us as we are. For if you and I were not there some four billions of years ago to create the carbon molecule, then, who was there to create it, put it where it was? And develop life from it some four billions of years after? Give it the form and shape of a human being?
Look at the symmetry of humans! They all are born, age, develop, mature and then return to old age and then die, with many exceptions of course, but this is the rule in general. No differences of humans, at least not a lot. Humans range from forty centimeter to two meters and forty. But, all have the same features of the human species. Intelligence range also but in human limits. Size, height and weight are not so different.
For example there are no humans at one hundred meters of height and one ton of Kg. Symmetry is very limited and categories of humans can be classified under with no abnormalities.
We cannot figure who are we! nor where did we come from! Nor who made us as we are! and most important of all, why should we be here? If we can answer the question of who put us here! Then perhaps we can answer the other questions.
If God has put us on this planet and not on another, then he gave us birth, development, ageing and death, then there must be plan, precisely worked out and executed and there must be a precise purpose and reason behind it.
