A large number of doctors believe that people's working efficiency will be affected obviously by the date. Besides, it will be reflected physically and mentally. Generally speaking, people will behave negatively on Monday, but their working efficiency will be improved on Tuesday and later in the workdays. I will explain this physiological cycle to the readers as follows:

1. People have to deal with the two-day painstaking work on Monday. It is reported that there will be more patients going to the OPD on Monday than on other days. It is also estimated that 42% of office workers do want to be disturbed by on Monday. If you visit your customer or go to talk with your boss on Monday, you will run into a brick wall. Since nobody has the mood to listen to your opinions or advice at all at the moment of Monday, expecially in the Monday morning. Somebody mentions that Monday is the dual transitional period of one's body and spirit. After the weekend, people have not regulated their biological clock yet, however, they have to swith themselves from leisure life to working life. They will feel irritable, upset and anxious while doing work.. Monday in this case may result in a fatigued, swirling and sore feeling which is called Monday Syndrome.

2. One British research worker referred that Monday seems to be the most troublesome day in one's week, however, some office workers would like to chat with their colleagues about the weekend on Monday and try to adjust themselves to working condition. That is to say, those people have to deal with the old work and arrange the new task on Tuesday. Consequently, burden comes up to them. A research made on 3000 office workers indicated that 20% of them would work overtime till night in order to make up the not finished work before.

3. Wednesday is the turning point of the workdays. Office workers have been accustomed to the busy work on Monday and Tuesday, so they will take good attitude to the work. and Wednesday is in the middle of the workdays

4. After three days's work and extra workload, people may feel fatigued on Thursday, so it is the best time to talk with their customers and superiors.

5. People will find their working efficiency improved on Friday since this is the endding day of workdays.
