Security is a fluid and ever-changing aspect of IT support; if you don't have a professional on board in your organisation, you may want to consider having a discussion with your IT support on how to keep all of your data safe from those who would take advantage of it.

5. Software development. Rather than hiring a developer or two to write you some custom software, why not see if your IT support offers a similar service? If they do, you may find that you can access a number of professionals for a lower cost than if you'd hired a contractor, and since you'll already get a number of services from them, it may be easier to concentrate everything in one spot.

Whatever you choose to go with for your services, keep your IT support company in mind. It's likely that they have what you need, and it's worth considering them as an option.
