The person interested should also be able to show at least three vacancies or job opportunities is available in the establishment he will be starting in the country.

These job opportunities are supposed to be those excluding the existing staff of the organization. A person should also have good command over the English language. He should clear the international English language talking skills exam. The level of the exam should be level four. Other than these he should also be able to meet certain health requirements. He should be able to clear the certain health criterias that will be provided by the authority.

The person should also be able to show that he is of a good character and behavior. That is he should not be having any criminal records or history related to crime of any type. He should also be able to produce the supporting document which shows that he has clear records on this issue. A person should also be able to show proof that he has been running a well establishes business. Should also be able to show his business plan that includes economical profit gained by his business in the country.

Any support from the social welfare is not allowed in the business establishment is not approved or even supporting the dependents through social welfare is also not accepted. The candidate should also be able to provide proof that business is well established in his country. He should also be able to prove that his business is running legally and also been in working condition and also gaining good profit from last two years. It is also compulsory to prove that the business is beneficial to the country of New Zealand.
