It's a common desire to build muscle without weights
. Building muscle without weights means no expensive gym memberships, no need to spend thousands on rubbish equipment that'll end up collecting dust in the cupboard, and no need to even leave the house. So is it possible to build muscle without weights? Why yes sir, it surely is.
The need for any kind of gym membership or excessive spending on equipment is simply a result of clever marketing, and yet another capitalist driven hunger for money. If people knew they could get results just as easily without spending money - how would the fitness industry survive! It wouldn't.
Truth is you can build muscle, and lose fat easily without weights or in fact any other kind of equipment. To do so, you just need to have 2 things sorted out.
1: A complete, full body workout
The best thing you can do to build muscle without weights is to get into the swing of a full body workout, and stick to doing it every day. A full body workout should, obviously, target the whole body, and be very physically demanding. The key thing to remember with your full body workout is to ensure that it's high intensity, even if it doesn't last long. Muscle builds more when it's challenged HARD, not when it's stressed slightly for prolonged periods (endurance style).
2: HIIT, not cardio
You've probably heard the buzz around HIIT training, which is High Intensity Interval Training. The thing about HIIT is that it shreds fat MUCH faster than any long, boring cardio, and will really have your muscles popping out and looking huge much faster and more effectively than marathon like running.
The idea is to mix in high intensity exercise such as sprinting, with low intensity exercise such as walking or jogging. By doing so, the body is challenged much more, and reacts accordingly (fat loss).
3: The Right Kind of Supplement
Muscle building supplements are a dime a dozen, and to build muscle without weights effectively, you need a good supplement. You've probably invested in several "muscle building" supplements over the years only to see no results, that's because most of the products on the market at the moment are complete junk. They won't really do ANYTHING. You need to find a powerful product that actually has a dramatic effect on the body, particularly if you want results fast.
