Security/protection, weaker one need the most or the strong? In human world, our political leaders are most protected than an ordinary citizen. It appears life of our leaders is the most precious. Z level protection, black cats, special security force etc are provided to our leaders. Besides, the followers who form human chain or wall during the public appearance of these leaders to offer additional protection if needed.

Have nay one imagined how the leadership is viewed in the animal kingdom? The leader is always left alone. The leader has the responsibility to protect the members in the heard or pride or pack or flock. If one needs to remain as leader, he should have the strength to protect the group from enemies. He should fight and win otherwise the leadership shift would occur.

To become a leader, one need uniqueness and to remain continuously as a leader also require the same of level of uniqueness at the demonstrable level. The leadership in animal world is always challenged.

Interestingly, who enjoy maximum protection in animal kingdom?. The younger ones. In a heard of elephants, all the adult elephants encircle the calves when there is threat. But in human world, the leaders are encircled by the followers as the life of the leader is very precious. Animal offer protections to their younger ones mainly because of the evolutionary reasons. Younger ones are needed to continue the generations,

In general, the weaker ones are reasonably protected in the animal community. Law of limiting factor is well tolerated in animal community. In human world, the leaders enjoy the maximum protection truly at the expense of the followers.

In human world, followers follow the leader but in animal world, the leaders lead the followers. In animal world, different animals' exhibits different level of leadership at different point of time, while in human world, the leaders disappear from the scene because their life is very precious.

Animals fundamentally invest the continuation of their generation in the younger ones but man invests his life and hop on his leaders. Who foolish man or animal, who is evolved, man or animal?
