Payments, deliveries and guarantees should also be discussed. It should be made clear how phones will be returned and replaced for defective units. Will the return cover the payment made before? What about warranties? If there are no warranties, then it should also be made known and clear to the reseller. With the number of resellers online, would there still be a supplier that will not offer any warranties?

This type of business has no room for any monopoly that any supplier or reseller can play. This is a good thing because the competition is stiff thus making everyone provide quality products and crystal clear agreements on transactions.
