Way back in 1987 before the internet took off I became involved with DIRECT SALES MARKETING when I bought a small franchise business selling ICT cellulite cream. I have done it all. From placing strips of paper under windshield wipers, delivering pamphlets door to door, handing out business cards, sending out mass mailings to entire suburbs and cities, to full page advertisements in leading news papers and magazines to talking to customers directly.

During this time of my franchise I must have read more than 50 books: How to start your own business, How to market your business or product, How to advertise your business or product, How to become a better salesperson. I did not just read one book on a subject, I read all the books I could find! Just look at your local bookshop how many titles are available for each subject! In the end it just was costing me too much!

All this knowledge I have learned from books has been applied through the years in the business start-ups I created. I followed the author's advice, used their methods, tips and tricks. With all my efforts above and the knowledge I had, I became the top franchisee for ICT, using Direct Marketing and Sales techniques. As a reward for my efforts I won a romantic trip to the Maldives Islands. (Located in the Indian Ocean just below India close to the equator) I had money, I had freedom, people loved me and I was big news!

Unfortunately this was also the time I became involved with MLM and the pyramid scams of the time. In my franchise I was working 16 to 18 hours per day! MLM was the answer to my dreams. I grasp the genius of the system and I was looking forward to the day I would make Millions!

MULTI LEVEL MARKETING

I told EVERYBODY about the business (the 3 feet rule), I had meetings at people's homes, give presentations at hotel lobby's and restaurants about the product of the time and SOLD the idea to many people. But strange enough the success I was dreaming off never realised. I knew I had the knowledge and I had the skills required to sponsor new people into the business, I know how to advertise, and I know how to sell. I think I can say that I was an expert in this business!

My only problem was the many scams that were circulating in the beginning. I went for nearly every one of them as I always were a sucker for quick money! For a few of them I did make some money but after a year or two the company would go bancrupt, causing me to lose everything. Not once did I get all my invested money back! I was always on the losing side.

I personally think this was one of the main reasons why my franchise closed. I just had created too many enemies! YES, I told EVERYBODY, even my customers! Everybody lost money! Many of my friends and family loathe me today because of what I and all the MLM companies and scams had done to them. If I use the word MLM in my own house, I am as good as crucified! Myself and most of my family and friends lost thousands to this business.

MARKETING RESEARCH

Now in the computer age with internet access we are living in, e-mail became a way of life. I subscribe to a few news groups of interest and read a few messages on bulliten boards of my interest. I even posted answers to questions to help a few people in these newsgroups and bulliten boards. This is where my trouble started. I was beginning to get messages from people all over the world telling me about their businesses and how I could make money. Not just money, BIG money! The bug bit me again. But this time I want to make sure if it is right for me, and secondly if I would be able to do it since a lot has changed when I first started. The rules has changed, the methods has changed.

Well I have done some research to see how other companies do their marketing on the Internet and what strategies are they using to promote their businesses. I have joined several companies just to lay my hands on their training material. They are all good! Each one on their own is getting their slice of the pie. Unfortunately not one of them applies ALL the strategies I have learned about in all the training manuals.

Some were a bit too technical for the average person. In order to really promote a business successfully on the Internet the strategies must be followed for maximum effect. To make a long story short; I started looking for strategies the AVERAGE person could apply to marketing on the Internet. It does not help I know how to do it and the people I get involved cannot do it. (In my MLM days, I could do it, but most of my members failed because they could not sell, they could not talk like me, they were sometimes too shy or refused to talk to people!)

I picked one that looked like the best for me and future members I would bring into my business. I followed their training instructions to the letter. I was doing what was required. They wanted me to place at least 10 advertisements per day, I did. I did EVERYTHING by the book! I used their letters, their advertisements thier website, their auto-responder - their everything!

Out of 1000 e-mails I got only 1 response! Remember, I used a letter that the company supplied! Two or three people would respond to my advertisements, again exactly as the company supplied them. I had an auto responder set up with letters the company supplied. These letters would go out every day to a new contact.

One month went past, not one new member. Two months went past, still no new member! Many FREE members, but not one new paying member! In the third month I stopped my membership! I was just losing money! The sponsor and the company promised me thousands of members each month! It did not happen! They promised me money! It did not happen! If I just had made my money back, it would be OK! I was cured from this MLM disease! I will never waste my money on MLM again!

STRESS FREE SALARY

I kept on looking, but never joined anyone. It is FREE to look, but it cost money to join. For me it was just a learning curve to see how other people are using the internet to make money and how they go about their marketing and advertising. So I started LOOKING and LEARN from all these companies by using their manuals. This is when I came across a company called STRESS FREE SALARY. They offer $1,100 in PAID advertising FREE. They promised that this would be enough to enroll at least 2 new members - 2 members is all that is required to become profitable - any person joining after these initial 2 is pure profit!

Well, I followed their instructions and used the free advertising they have provided. About 5 days later I got my first sign-ups using the credits they provided. And from then on 1 or 2 every 2nd or 3 rd day! What worked for me was the SOLO advertisements you send to 15,000 and 22,000 members of member lists. (Tip for you: SOLO advertisements works because of the numbers of members your advertisement is mail to!) I did not even use the free paid CPA advertisements - I personally think that would have got me even more members!

I know this is a bit off topic but I think it is important to provide you with this insight. Why does SOLO ads work? Well, let's assume only 10% of users would read my SOLO ad mail - thus out of 10,000 members, at least 1,000 would read my mail. Again, let's assume only 10% would click on the web link inside the mail - thus 100 would visit my website. Then, lastly let's assume only 10% would click through to the STRESS FREE SALARY website - thus at least 10 people would see the sales page and anything from 1 to 5 might decide to join -thus at least 1 to 5 people would sign up.

The same would be true for any product you send a SOLO ad to a TARGETED group of people. Depending on your subject line of the mail, the headlines inside the mail and content, the response could be as high as 20% and or below 1%. Do the calculation - If you stand to make $28 per producy sale and a paid SOLO ad costs you $100 - that list better be at least 30,000 strong! Worst case scenario: 3 to 15 people might buy your product. If only 3 buy, you would lost money on this campaign but if 15 buy you would make a good profit. This is the game the big boys play! They risk their money on PPV and CPA advertisements - sometimes they win big, but sometimes they do lose!

WHAT MAKES STRESS FREE SALARY SO UNIQUE?

It is FREE to join, nothing to lose! No obligation, no out of pocket money, nothing! You've got 14 days to test drive the system completely free. If you do not get the sign-ups in those 2 weeks, just quit! You have not lost anything but have gained valueable intel on the best places to advertise, you've tested the market to see what works using their money and resources. The product owner estimates 8 to 12 weeks although sometimes it took a lot less while in certain cases it took up to 6 months.

The system is limited to a fixed income of only $3,200 per month in a single membership. By using a simple trick you could actually increase this to $9,600 per month. Once you earn this kind of money, you just join again to add another $3,200 to your monthly income and again and again- so there is not really a limit to what you can earn with this system.

What follows is a the MISSING key most MLM companies are missing. They preach it, they promise it, but they do no DO it! PROFITABILITY IS THE KEY

The first requirement for any business is to make a profit. If you are not making a profit, you are making a loss. You must try to get yourself profitable as soon as possible. What that means is you must earn more money than what you have to pay each month in membership fees. Because of this profitability pressure, ALL sponsors opt for the wrong route. They sponsor and sponsor members for themselves to get profitable. Nothing wrong with this strategy. This is the way ALL people operate in ALL MLM companies since 1942.

YOUR whole effort is focused on ONE purpose. GET PROFITABLE! Do it as quickly as possible. Once you are profitable, the pressure is off. You can relax as next month's membership fee is PAID. No more out of pocket expenses for YOU! The problem comes later when the members sponsored into your business gives up because THEY are not making money - they are loosing money because they are not profitable!

THE CATCH-22 SITUATION

This creates a catch-22 situation. Because your members are leaving your business, because they are not profitable, you have to sponsor new members to keep yourself profitable. A vicious circle indeed! Geuss what? YOU ARE THE CREATOR of this mess! YOU are responsible! YOU, me and EVERYBODY you know or can think off that has been or is busy with MLM is the cause of this DISASTOR!

Your work will never be done and you will continue forever just to keep your business stabilised and profitable. You will never make any real money. Your down lines will not make money, your company will not make money. You will be in this struggle forever! Your profitability will go up and down all the time. You might even reach the stage where you start losing money again! Guess again? YOU will stop. You will be a failure with the rest of the failures YOU and your MLM company has created!

WHY ALL MLM COMPANIES WILL FAIL!

The same above happens in all MLM companies. People join the company and the top structure is making money while the bottom of the structure in the MLM company is struggling. It does not take long for the bottom people to leave the company because only a fool to would stay in a business that is not making them any money.

Unfortunately, if the people in the company cannot add members at a faster rate than what new members are leaving, the structure will start to crumble. Soon the bottom structures began to disintegrate and the whole MLM company goes down. If the structure is too WIDE, MANY will leave at once! Company closed. End of story. Thousands of new failures crated. Thousands more that helped to create the statistics of 95% failure!

A NEW STRATEGY - Become a MUSKATEER!

Rather sponsor just one member. HELP them to sponsor their 1st member, even if you have to do it yourself! Then HELP to sponsor the 2nd and the 3rd for your new member if it comes down to that. Remember, you build down or deep, not wide! This means you HELP to sponsor one new member directly under the new member. The next one you sponsor go below this new member and the next below that one!

In the structure shown above you are sponsoring deep. You are in fact TEACHING your new member how to catch fish and you are helping to sponsor at least 3 levels deep! This means you and New Member A are both advertising New Member A's membership

ID to sponsor new people into your network. When New Member A1 joins, You, New Member A and New Member A1 are all advertising New Member A1's membership ID to sponsor new people into your network. Only when New Member A2 joins do you start advertising your own membership ID again.

This strategy ensures that EVERYBODY in your network achieveSUCCESS quickly AND become PROFITABLE! I would like to suggest you follow the same strategy with STRESS FREE SALARY.
